Therapist/Client Contract

Cancellations and attendance

Please give as much notice as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. You can do this by SMS or calling 077 202 48593.

If you miss a scheduled appointment without giving 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% for the session.

In the very rare occasion that I am unable to see you for your appointment, I will give you as much notice as possible.

Please arrive on time for your appointment as there may be other clients due for sessions and I may not be able to provide the full session.
