Change can be scary yet very empowering at the same time

We all have that unsettling little voice that occasionally whispers that we are not good enough, and all other negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions that occasionally plague us. That is the voice of limitation. It is also one of the things that hold you back from doing the very things that you want to do in life. Quite often, it’s actually motivated by a simple fear of change, a fear of success or another kind of counter-productive fear. Quite often phobias and anxiety are also present.

What many people don’t realize is that the way you respond to certain situations is actually hardwired or programmed into your brain. BWRT® (brain working recursive therapy) is a therapy that gets rapid results, sometimes after just one session!

A BWRT® Practitioner does not need to know your story or your personal secrets. They can however, help you achieve the results and behaviour changes you are looking for. Furthermore, there is no need for endless sessions as BWRT® deals with the issue quickly and then changes the way that you think about it.

Crucially, BWRT® is not hypnotherapy. It is a logical therapy that whilst it gets incredible results, can only be conducted by a certified practitioner. In order to undertake the training, the therapist must already be a professional therapist, a psychologist, a psychotherapist, counsellor or medical practitioner.

Another great thing about BWRT® is that this therapy is also accessible via Skype calls wherever you happen to be in the world. Distance is no obstacle and no travel involved. Just schedule your appointment time and switch on.

So how does this relate to negative self-talk?

Put simply, your subconscious mind remembers everything that has ever happened to you since the day you were born, even though you have no conscious memory of it. And importantly, the subconscious mind is also a physical part of the brain.

The brain works at incredible speeds, but crucially, it always follows a neural pathway that it has found before (even if it’s a pathway that leads to thoughts that are less than ideal for you). You cannot stop this from happening because the moment you think of it, that neural pathway is already active and waiting to respond with what it knows.

This is where BWRT® comes in. We can literally retrain your mind to override those old neural pathways and create new ones that lead to the changes you are looking for. I am already seeing some amazing results.
